Before you apply

Everything Wings ask first.

Do I need to be a coach or a therapist?

No. Wings are people who've lived a situation and can talk someone through it honestly. If you are a licensed professional, say so on your page; it isn't required.

How do I get paid?

Through Stripe. Members pay when they book, Wingbie holds it, and when you mark the session complete your share is released to your Stripe account on Stripe's payout schedule. Wingbie never sees your bank details.

What does Wingbie take?

A commission on your rate, shown in the app before you list and on every earnings line. No listing fee, nothing monthly, and nothing for declining a request.

How do I set my rates?

Per format: urgent 10-minute call, message review, profile review, and 25, 45, 55 or 85-minute video. The app pre-fills starter prices ($15 to $70); change any of them, any time, from your dashboard.

Can I do this alongside a job?

That's the design. Set a few evening hours or a weekend afternoon. Written reviews have a 24 to 48-hour window, so you answer them when you have a minute.

Can I say no to a request?

Always. You have 24 hours, declining costs nothing, and the member gets full credit. You can also block, report, and choose which chapters you take on.

How long does approval take?

We review every Wing before they go live and email you as soon as you're in. Your profile needs a photo, a bio, a short intro video, at least one priced format and some available hours.

Do I have to meet anyone in person?

No. Most Wings work over video and in writing only. In-person sessions are opt-in and need background screening before they're switched on.

What do members see about me?

Your page: photo, bio, intro video, the chapters you take on, your rates, your hours, and reviews from completed sessions. Your location shows as a city only.

What happens after a session?

You write a short recap for the member: takeaways, action items, next step. Then your share is released. Members can review you only after a completed, paid session, and you can respond.
